Unit 06

Pool inspections & reports in Sydney.
Done right.

Know what you're buying, or what yours actually needs.

What usually goes wrong

A pool can look fine and still be thousands away from working properly. The expensive problems — a failing pump, a leak, a shell at the end of its life — are rarely the ones you can see.

We come out, take photos of what we find, and tell you what needs doing now and what can wait. You get the same answer whether you book us or not.

When it usually shows up

  • Buying a house
  • Inherited a pool
  • Unexplained water loss
  • Before renovating

The work

What this brigade covers

  • Full condition check of pool and equipment
  • Pump, filter and chlorinator assessment
  • Surface, tile and coping condition
  • Plumbing and leak check
  • Written report with photos
  • A plain list of what needs doing and what can wait

While we're there

One visit,
the whole pool

If something else needs doing while we're on site, we'll price it then and there rather than make you book a second visit. Most pool problems turn out to be connected anyway.

Everything else

Other things we sort

Same crew, same visit where it makes sense.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Who actually does the work?
Our crews, in uniform. Licensed, insured and police-checked. We come and price the job ourselves, and we're the ones you ring if anything isn't right.
How soon can you get here?
A home specialist rings you back in about 5 minutes during work hours. When we can get out depends on the job and the time of year, but we'll give you a real day and time, not "sometime next week".
Do members pay less for this?
Yes, 10% less, on this and everything else we do. If you've got more than one thing on the list it usually pays for itself pretty quickly.

Need inspections done?

Ring us or send it through. A real person picks it up, not a call centre.
