Why we started
Everyone has a pool guy story
You know the one. They come every fortnight for a while, then it's every three weeks, then you're not sure when they last came at all. The bill turns up either way.
Or the water goes cloudy and nobody can tell you why. You get sold another bucket of something, it clears for a week, and then it doesn't.
A pool isn't really a cleaning job. It's water chemistry and a pump system, and if you only understand the skimming part you'll be treating the same problem forever. So we built a business around the other part — testing properly, writing it down, and turning up when we said we would.
