Coverage questions

Do you charge a call-out fee for outer suburbs?
Travel is factored into the quote rather than charged as a surprise fee. For the far edges of our coverage — the Hawkesbury, Wollondilly — we'll be upfront about scheduling, since we batch those trips.
My suburb isn't listed. Do you still come?
Almost certainly. We list regions rather than every suburb in Sydney. If you're inside Greater Sydney, ask — and if we genuinely can't reach you, we'll say so rather than waste your time.
Does it really matter which part of Sydney I'm in?
More than you'd think. Near the water it's salt on the glass and the fittings. Under the gums it's gutters, over and over. Out west it's heat and hail on the roof. Same house, completely different list of things that go wrong.
